Machinery Shipping & Export

From machine confirmation to loading and export documents, LIHIGH helps international buyers move construction machinery from China to the destination port.

Construction machinery prepared for international shipping

Choose the Method for the Actual Machine

Shipping depends on overall dimensions, weight, destination port and local import requirements. We compare practical options after the exact machine is selected.

ContainerCost-efficient for machines that can be safely prepared within container dimensions.
Flat RackSuitable for oversized machinery requiring open loading and secure lashing.
RoRo / BulkUseful for complete large machines and multi-unit shipments on available routes.

Clear Information for Your Order

Document requirements vary by transaction and destination. The quotation clearly states the offered trade term and included support.

  • Commercial invoice and packing information
  • Machine identification and loading photos
  • Bill of lading coordination with the shipping agent
  • Export declaration support according to the order
  • FOB or CIF quotation with destination details

Plan Around the Exact Dimensions

A model brochure is useful for an early estimate, but the shipping plan should follow the actual machine, fitted bucket or blade, tyres or tracks and any removable components. LIHIGH records the working loading dimensions after preparation is agreed.

The named port and trade term must be written clearly in the quotation. FOB normally covers delivery through the agreed Chinese loading port under the stated terms. CIF adds quoted ocean freight and insurance to the named destination port, while destination customs, tax, port charges and inland delivery remain subject to the contract and local rules.

Vessel schedules and freight rates can change. Final booking is therefore reconfirmed close to shipment rather than assumed from an earlier estimate.

Before the Machine Leaves China

Which shipping method is cheapest?

There is no single answer. Machine dimensions, disassembly, route, quantity and destination determine whether container, flat rack, RoRo or bulk shipment is practical.

Can the machine be loaded without preparation?

Some machines can, while others require safe removal or repositioning of buckets, booms, blades, cabins or other parts. The agreed preparation should be documented.

What loading evidence can I request?

Buyers can request photos showing the machine identity, preparation, entry or lifting process, securing and the completed load where access and port rules permit.

Does LIHIGH handle destination customs clearance?

The normal service scope is export and shipment support from China. Destination clearance, tax and local delivery should be confirmed separately with the buyer's local agent unless included in writing.
